Role overview :

As our MGSE technician, you will be responsible for the full design and conception of tools and equipment required for the fabrication and control of sub-assemblies at HyprSpace

Your main mission will be to assist the MGSE coordinator in the conception, design, production, and maintenance of the tools and equipment required for manufacturing, control, and testing, from the development or series validation phases through the final integration of our launchers Baguette One and OB-1.

Your key responsibilities :

To reach your objectives and ensure the quality, compliance, costs, and timelines of these tools and equipments, in this role, we expect you to :

-Design and draw the tools and equipments necessary for manufacturing, AIT (Assembly, Integration, and Testing) and development tests.

-Support engineering in the design of sub-assemblies and collaborate with the industrialization/control manager to develop production plans, offering critical insight on MGSE feasibility and constraints.

-Define maintenance and validation plans for tools and equipment under the MGSE engineer responsibility (and in collaboration with the Production Coordinator).

Who we are looking for:

With a degree in general or mechanical BTS or DUT, you are an experienced technician with a proven track record in mechanical design office experience and production support (e.g., production or method technician).

We expect the following qualifications/knowledge:

• mechanical design, and drawings
• design of mobile or motorized mechanical systems,
• subcontractor oversight

It will be a PLUS if you have a first experience in a similar role.

You will be part of AIT, supply chain & Test department and will work closely with all departments across the company. We are seeking someone with strong problem-solving skills, a passion for creating and implementing new workflows, a results-driven mindset, and a desire to thrive in a highly collaborative environment.
