Role overview :
1. Mechanical design of the PCC and injection system:
Contribute to the detailed design of combustion chamber components, focusing on injector architecture and structural integration.
2. Concept trade-off and architecture studies:
Perform comparative studies between alternative designs to optimize mass, manufacturability, and structural robustness.
3. Prototype development and testing:
Participate in prototype manufacturing, integration, and validation tests to verify design assumptions and refine models.
4. Collaboration with mechanical and thermal analysts:
Work closely with analysis teams to validate the design using structural, thermal, and fluid simulations, ensuring compliance with mechanical and thermal constraints.
5. Design documentation and review:
Prepare 3D models, 2D drawings, and calculation notes to support design reviews and manufacturing.

Work Schedule : Full time
Location : On-site, Le Haillan, 33185, France
Who we are looking for :
Currently in 5th year of engineering school, with a background in mechanical engineering or related fields.
Knowledge or interest in :
mechanical modelling,
material science,
mechanical design tools and development.
Familiarity with CAD or internal design tools is a plus.
Comfortable with testing, documentation, and iterative development.
Autonomous, proactive, and aligned with a test & learn mindset !
